Dufrane Waterloo
The piece is named Waterloo as that was the original name given to Austin. It was changed in 1839, but there are still remnants of this original name hidden throughout town. The Waterloo is a very traditional and original design, just like Austin.
The Dufrane Waterloo strikes a perfect balance between presence and comfort, with a 39mm case width, 47mm lug-to-lug, and a slim 10.4mm profile that wears beautifully on a wide range of wrists. Paired with a 20mm strap width, it offers a classic proportion that feels natural in both dressed-up and casual settings. With 100 meters of water resistance, it’s ready for daily wear without compromise.
Crafted from 316L marine-grade stainless steel, the case features a finely brushed finish accented with polished highlights. It’s equipped with a triple-gasket screw-down crown and a genuine sapphire crystal—flat with six layers of anti-reflective coating for clarity and durability. Milled markers on a finely brushed chapter ring complement the distinctive soft linen or hammered dial textures, while thermally blued steel hands and Swiss C3 SuperLumiNova on the handset tips and dial points ensure visibility day or night.
Inside, the Waterloo is powered by the Swiss Sellita SW200-1 elaboré grade automatic movement, regulated to an impressive +/- 4 seconds per day. It features 26 jewels, operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), and is equipped with an Incabloc shock protection system for robust reliability. A rhodium-plated rotor rounds out the high-end finishing, and the movement delivers a 38-hour power reserve to keep pace with your day.
